Dining

Unscripted dining – anywhere, anytime. The Nautilus’ three restaurants and two bars revel in the spontaneous, crafting bespoke culinary journeys tailored to each taste. Explore signature dining with a fusion of flavours of the wider Mediterranean at Zeytoun; Latin American and Japanese delights grilled to perfection at Ocaso; international gourmet choices in beach house ambience at Thyme; free-flow gourmet canapés at Naiboli poolside lounge bar. Private in-residence or around-the-island dining, no opening and closing hours, no constraints. Just a shared passion for extraordinary gastronomy.

Thyme - This all-day dining venue wraps you in a welcoming beach house ambience with a bounty of gourmet flavours that bring happiness with every bite. Begin your day with a tailored breakfast, enjoy a luxurious lunch or choose your preferred international dishes for dinner.

Ocaso - Smoke-laden flavours, infusions from distant shores – the grill embarks on a nightly journey from Latin America to the reaches of North Asia, specialising in Japanese, Mexican and Peruvian cuisine. Settle into teppanyaki by the beach, plates to savour under a moonlit sky, and revel in creations from the grill – food that pleases the soul.

Zeytoun - Positioned over the lagoon with breathtaking sunset views, Zeytoun offers a signature dining experience that celebrates lesser-known spices and flavours from the rich culinary traditions of Europe and the Mediterranean, all while embracing the vibrancy of Maldivian produce. The menu is an exploration of culinary craftsmanship, seamlessly blending the freshness of local seafood, tropical fruits, and indigenous spices—each dish exquisitely crafted and served in refined comfort.

Naiboli - Great conversations, a perfectly mixed drink, delectable tapas plates served under the sparkle of the Maldivian sky. This poolside lounge bar lets you enjoy life’s simplest luxuries: sunset, kinship and the peace of an island sanctuary. The supreme comfort of loungers and cabanas – the ultimate seaside retreat with the refined ambience of a living room. Complimentary gourmet canapés are available throughout the day.

Wellness or Solasta Spa  - Solasta Spa is dedicated to subtly transformative moments – to stillness, the release of tension, the childlike liberation of unfettered movement. A moment to catch your breath; another to expel it. To dispel fatigue, or wholeheartedly embrace it. To revel in the freedom of a quiet mind. All at your own pace, in your way and at a time that suits your purpose. Free from rigidity and restraint.

Three glass-bottomed, over-water treatment pavilions await at any hour. Or bring the spa to your house with an in-room treatment. Begin or end your moment in the sauna, steam bath or open-air bath. Surrender to utter bliss in one of the resort’s two over-water relaxation lounges. The Nautilus, focuses on natural healing, enhanced by organic products by Maison Caulières and Omorovicza.
