Athinaidos Quarters By K&K

At number 6 Athinaidos Street stands a landmark building with a remarkable past. Built in 1838 and once home to Greek hero Markos Botsaris, it has been carefully restored into Athinaidos Quarters by K&K—an elegant blend of history, architecture, and contemporary living.

Each of the twelve residences is unique, combining neoclassical charm with modern comforts: high ceilings, vintage furnishings, curated details, and fully equipped kitchenettes. Preserved ceiling paintings, antique desks, and custom finishes highlight the building’s character, while thoughtful amenities like soundproofing, smart TVs, and marble bathrooms ensure today’s comfort.

Guests also enjoy access to the roof garden with views of the Acropolis, just a short walk away along the vibrant streets of Athens’ historic center. Syntagma, Monastiraki, Plaka, and the city’s finest cafés and boutiques are all within easy reach, making Athinaidos Quarters both a tranquil retreat and the perfect base to explore Athens.
